This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Greystar Communications Ltd, registered under company number 11890262, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (hereinafter referred to as "Greystar Communications") and the customer named above (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") for the provision of broadband services.
Services: Greystar Communications agrees to provide broadband internet services to the Customer at the address mentioned above.
Term: The term of this Agreement shall be for an initial period of 12 months from the Effective Date (as defined below) and shall automatically renew for successive 12-month periods (each, a "Renewal Term") unless terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Monthly Charges: The Customer agrees to pay Greystar Communications a monthly fee which can be found on your invoice for the broadband services provided under this Agreement. We promise to not raise the price of your agreed package within the inital 12 month period, after this point any price rises will be explained to you in writing with at least 30 days notice. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis and is due on or before the due date of your monthly invoice. Late payment may result in a late payment fee of £10 being applied to your bill.
Installation and Equipment: Greystar Communications shall install the necessary equipment for broadband services at the Customer's premises at a cost of £29.99. This is known as an upfront cost, if new equipment is required due to changing your broadband package this fee may be waived if your old router is returned to us in its original packaging with no damage.
Maintenance and Support: Greystar Communications shall provide maintenance and technical support for the broadband services during the term of this Agreement. You can reach us during our business hours which can be found on our website or anytime via email to support@greystarcommunications.co.uk.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party as long as you are not within the inital 12 month contractual period. If cancellation is requested by the customer during the inital 12 months, it will result in the remaining balance of the contractual period plus an additional cancellation charge of £75 being due. Greystar Communications reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any point including within the first 12 months for non-payment after a minimum of 30 days after the invoice due date, this will result in additional fees being added to cover the cost of retrieving any amount owing.
Ownership of Equipment: Any equipment provided by Greystar Communications shall remain the property of Greystar Communications and must be returned to Greystar Communications upon termination of this Agreement. Failure to do so may result in additional costs to the customer.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between Greystar Communications and the Customer regarding the broadband services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
Effective Date: This Agreement shall become effective as of the date stated at the bottom of this contract.
